行政诉讼审查标准研究OACHSSCD
行政诉讼作为行政相对人权利救济的途径之一，对保护行政相对人的权益发挥重要的作用。由于我国在行政诉讼的审查标准方面的建设较为迟缓，使得行政诉讼在发挥保护行政相对人利益方面存在缺陷。随着我们国家由形式正义向实质正义的转变，司法机关作为约束行政机关权力的机关，对于行政诉讼的审查也正在逐渐的发生转变，从多元的角度构建行政诉讼的审查标准，针对不同的行政诉讼采用不同的审查标准。
