Abstract
In this paper, the evolution and development of organic agricultural legislations between both sides of the Taiwan strait were comprehensively expounded, the comparative analysis of legislations was emphasized from the aspects such as the framework system, management system and the main content. The organic agricultural legislations between both sides of the Taiwan straits were researched systematically in this paper.关键词
