摘要

Abstract

Electroplating power supply is the key energy-consuming equipment of electroplating field.High-power high-frequency electroplating power supply has been widely used for its small volume,high efficiency and good dynamic nature now.But the losses will not be ignored for that the power supply is working under the high frequency.This paper mainly analyses the losses of high frequency transformer,power transistor and rectification on the output end of highpower high-frequency electroplating power supply,and puts forward some methods,which include optimizing the winding model of high-frequency transformer,and using full-bridge phase-shifted soft-switch and synchronous rectification technology.Those methods improve the overall efficiency of the electroplating power supply.
