摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the automatic control of liquid flow,a new-type throttle valve controlled by 8051 microcontroller was designed.It used direct current electromotor which was controlled by microcontroller to change the opening area of orifice.When required flow was manually set,the throttle valve could automatically regulate the flow.It also used turbine flow sensor to measure the flow of outlet.The feedback value of the flow was sent to the microcontroller to form negative feedback closed loop control.This paper discussed the structure design and control system design of the throttle valve and analyzed the flow control principle.The design has a simple structure and high control accuracy.It can realize the automatic control of flow and has certain practical value.
