Situation and Problems on Rural Kindergarten Teachers in Northwest Hhubei and Its Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Based on the method of questionnaire and interview, the author made an investigation on the rural kin- dergarten teachers in Northwest Hubei, The findings showed that there were problems such as it was unreasonable in professional tide, educational background and age; the professional teachers were scare and they were overloa- ded working; they were low in pay and unstable; their specialization level were low. Finally, the author put for- ward some strategies and suggestion combined with actual situation of rural kindergarten.关键词
