Abstract
Based on the understanding of urban and rural dualistic land system, and combined with the problems occurring in the process of urban - rural integration, it tries to explore a new type of unitary land system direc- tion : construction of relevant laws for land system ; the establishment of a trading platform for rural ; promotion of the marketization of land for construction; decrease of land for industrialization and rural homestead and much at- tention to supervision to land.关键词
