基于模型的离心压缩机电机振动应用研究
Analysis and Improvement of Motor Vibration Modeling of the Centrifugal Compressor
摘要
Abstract
The paper is inspired by the practical fault of motor vibration of the centrifugal compressor in one factory of Longyan. From the analysis of the mechanism, it is considered that the motor vibration was caused by mechanical, electrical and installation reasons. Based on the vibration differential equation, a mathematical model of motor vibration is established, and is proven feasible through calculation verifica- tion. With this model, the cause for the faults can be detected more quickly and accurately. Besides, meas- ures to reduce the critical speed and to improve the fault vibration motor are put forward, which are proved simple, convenient and practical through test.关键词
