东盟国家的气候治理合作：现状与问题
Current Situation and Problems of Cooperation of ASEAN Countries on Climate Governance
摘要
Abstract
Climate change is a global issue. Cooperation on regional climate governance is an effective way to solve the problem of climate change. Ten members of the ASEAN have similar geographical, economic, political and cultural background. Their cooperation is increasingly close. ASEAN countries actively engage in the climate governance cooperation and establish effective climate governance mechanism. Those projects on climate governance are not only launched within ASEAN, but include international cooperation and assistance. Problems are as follow: limited enforcement, unconspicuous effectiveness and the limited research on climate governance technology, etc. since cooperation of ASEAN on climate governance was initiated. Peaceful cooper- ation is the only way to solve the problem of climate change, and then everyone will win.关键词
