摘要

Abstract

This paper compared explicit integration and implicit integration metnoo in finite element method. As to the vehicle safebelt experiment which was a quasi-static problem, explicit integration method was selected. Then,a FE model was built to simulate this process. To get a fine model to forecast the test results,lots of studies and optimizations on some key parameters such as the element section type, calculation time, and load curve were carried out herein. Thus a more precision model was acquired whose results are very close to the actual experiments. This paper gives some useful conclusions on improving model parameters, simulation accuracy and optimization of the vehicle body structure.
