Detection and Characteristic Analysis for Mass Center Orbit of Bearing Cage
摘要
Abstract
Taking a cage bearing as the experimental object,a detecting method of mass center or- bit of the cage was studied and the time domain analysis was explored. Through signal processing on the radial vibration and signal synthesis, the mass center orbit of cage was investigated by use of two laser sensors perpendicularly installed on the bearing radial plane. Meanwhile, the effects of axial load- ing on the mass center orbit of cage was analyzed, the characteristics of time variation and box dimen- sion were observed and the impact of filtering and deform of the cage on measurement results were discussed. The investigation results show that the experimental investigation is significant to quality assurance for a ball bearing.关键词
