Abstract
Objective: To research the best way for gynecological suction tubes cleaning with different methods. Methods: We randomly selected gynecological suction tubes with a total of 270. Group A, 90tubes with hand cleaning. Group B, 90 tubes with high pressure water jets and cleaning machine, Group C, 90 tubes ,with a hand cleaning + rinse with high pressure water jets+ ultrasonic cleaning machine and then a long cotton swabs through tubes. Results: In the group A, Occult blood rate is 53.3%, group B,44.4%, group C, 3.5%. The tubes with finer the more difficult cleaning. Conclusion: The best way of Gynecological suction tube cavity cleaning is multi-enzyme soak, high pressure washing, and then placed inthe ultrasonic washer, washed with a long cotton swab through the tubes. At the same time ,the quality of equipment cleaning is affected by many factors, such as, the time of high pressure washing, using time of the tube, tube cavity diameter, etc. To improve the quality of cleaning and to elimination of the adverse factors in the equipment cleaning is the most important.关键词
