Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of depression on aged patients with chronic diseases and determine nursing countermeasures. Methods: The Zung depression's self rating scale and questionnaire were used to perform the investigation in 292 patients with depression and 285 without. Results: The effects of depression on blood pressure and serum sugar levels were significantly higher in the depression group than in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Targeted for nursing countermeasures, adopting effective psychological nursing and the speech communication for health education and be used to eliminate the dangers of condition of depression, improve the quality of life of patients with chronic disease in a~ed people.关键词
