近十年我国在职人员继续教育模式研究综述
Research Summary of Staff in the Post Continuing Education Mode over the Past Decade
摘要
Abstract
This paper has reviewed and evaluated briefly the features concerning research of staff in the post continuing education mode over the past decade,and predicted the trends of it.The author believes that existing connotation of continuing education mode defined is inaccurate,abroad experiences to learn is improper,study is lack of systematic and in-depth,security system is not comprehensive and evaluation mechanisms is not sound enough.Goal will be diverse,curriculum be merging,mechanism be market-oriented,means be cyberized and process be lifelong in the future.关键词
