The Impact of Perception of Organization Politics on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Vocational College Teachers——Effect Analysis Based on Job Insecurity

Abstract
Taking 418 vocational college teachers from western,middle or eastern China as examples,this paper explores the impact of perception of organization politics on organizational citizenship behavior of vocational college teachers and whether job insecurity can moderate the relationship between them is tested for the first time.It is found that perception of organization politics and job insecurity have not a significant negative influence on organizational citizenship behavior of vocational college teachers.Good job insecurity helps in reducing the negative effect of perception of organization politics on organizational citizenship behavior of vocational college teachers.关键词
