The Fostering of VE Teacher’s Moral Character
摘要
Abstract
Teacher’s moral character is spiritual internal virtue which teachers gain from long-term constant self-cultivating during the process of teaching.It is the characteristic which is not only affected by teachers’dignity,but also accumulated through teaching practice.Compared with teachers’professional ethics standards,it has the features of being internal,self-disciplining and surpassing.To succeed in forming teachers’moral character,on one hand,we should pay more attention to"cognition"and"inculcation",This is to say,Fostering of teachers’ moral character should be strengthened;on the other hand,we should help teachers to attach importance to self-cultivating.关键词
