尺寸可控的SnO2纳米颗粒合成和高效光催化性能研究
Synthesis and High Photocatalytic Activity of Size-controlled SnO2 Nanoparticles
摘要
Abstract
A novel hydrothermal method was used to prepare SnO2 nanoparticles. XRD, TEM, HRTEM, DRS were used to characterize the catalysts. The results indicated that the size of the SnO2 nanopartieles could be controlled by adjusting the NaCl concentration. When the concentration of NaCl is 1.13 mol/L, SnO2 grain size is about 6 nm. The DRS spectrum showed that SnO2 nanoparticles had obvious absorption in the range of 200 - 400 nm. Moreover, the SnO2 nanoparticles showed high photocatalytic degradation activity for rhodamine B when exposed to xenon light irradiation. The high photocatalytic activity could be attributed to its small size and large specific surface area.关键词
