血三七药材提取工艺的优选研究
Optimization on the Extraction Process of the Roots from Polygonum amplexicaule D. Don Var. sinense Forb.

Abstract
Orthogonal experiment was employed to optimize the extraction process of the roots of the Polygonum amplexicaule D. Don var. sinense Forb. L9 (34 ) orthogonal table screening technology was used to consider the recovery of the dry extract and the content of quercetin as complete index. The ethanol concentration and dosage, extraction time and times, powder size were acted as the main factors to choose the optimum extraction process. Emodin was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphorus acid glacial( volume ratio 85:15 ). The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The Emodin sample size showed a good liner relationship at the range of 0.16 ~ 1.60 ~g (r =0.9999), the optimal extraction technology was as follow: crushing the rhizome of Polygonum amplexicaule var. sinense into the coarse powder, extracting it with the 90% ethanol twice, six times the volume of 90% ethanol was added and extracted 1.5h for the first, then four times the volume of 90% ethanol was added and extracted 1 h.关键词
