Abstract
The soviet regime construction of Xiang - Er - Gan soviet area gradually established representative sys- tem in the process of overcoming party's taking care of everything by carrying out revolutionary class route. Its fi- nancial system gradually realized normalization by perfecting tax system, fixing budget and accounting and audit system, establishing independent bank system, which was based on agriculture production and trade business.关键词
