摘要
Abstract
university school motto with modern sense university to create and produce, which reflects the universi- ty profound historical tradition and culture, embodies the university as asoeial organization culture personality and spirit idea, lead the value orientation of university, which reflects the university unique organizational culture. The western university school motto is "the truth", "advocate free", "social services", the value orientation, the establishment of a perfect university organization culture, make the university itself and social harmonious develop- ment, in the original talents training, scientific research and social service functions of the three on the basis of the further development of economic and social development, and become the engine and service station in order to adapt to the modern science and technology, academic, cultural rapid development requirements.关键词
