矮牵牛愈伤组织耐盐性研究
Study on Salt-tolerance of Petunia hybrida Callus
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To study the salt-tolerance ability of Petunia hybrida callus. [ Method ] The callus growth differentiation was observed by inoculating P. hybrida leaves into eight different salt concentrations MS medium for culture. [Result] In0.4% salinity medium, P. hybrida callus induction rate is the same with control group; below 0. 8% , improving salinity could promote bud differentiation rate of P. hybrida callus; a-bove 0.8% , the growth differentiation could be inhibited;in the medium salinity reached 2.8% , P. hybrida explant all died. [Conclusion] P. hybrida callus can adapt to the salinity below 0. 8%.关键词
