Abstract
In fish sex differentiation, the proliferation ways of primordial germ cells in male and female are different, and some fish which lack primordial germ cells will develop into a single male phenotype. In this process, sexual dimorphic expression of a splice variant of germ cell specific gene vasa is close with primordial germ cell differentiation.关键词
