健康仔猪肠道内乳酸菌的分离与鉴定
Separation and Identification of Lactobacillus from the Intestinal Tract of Healthy Piglet
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] Lactobacillus were separated and identified from intestinal tract of healthy piglet. [Method] The Lactobacillus were i-dentified through bacteria morphology, physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rRNA sequences analysis. [Result] 9 strains of 10 suspected Lactobacillus are Lactobacillales, and Cl, C2, C3 belong to Streptococcus, C2, F2, F3 are Lactobacillus johnsonii, C4, F4 are Enterococcus fae-cium and C5 is Lactobacillus acidophilus. [ Conclusion ] The study provides a bacteria strain foundation for preparation of piglet probiotics.关键词
