大鼠胃腧穴注射单核细胞趋化蛋白抗体对肥大细胞分布及功能的影响
Influences of injection of anti-MCP-1 in stomach acupoints on mastocyte distribution and function in rats

Abstract
Objective To observe the distribution and functional changes of mastocyte (MCs) in acupoint areas after injection of antibody of monocyte chemotactic protein-1 ( anti-MCP-1) in stomach acupoints in rats, and study the influences of anti-MCP-1 and electroacupuncture on activity of MCs. Methods All rats were randomly divided into control group, electroacupuncture group (EA group) , anti-MCP-1 group and combining group ( each n = 10). EA group was given electroacupuncture in left stomach acupoints for 25 minutes, anti-MCP-1 group was injected anti-MCP-1 in left stomach acupoints, and combining group was firstly injected anti-MCP-1 and then given electroacupuncture in left stomach acupoints for 25 minutes. The tissue samples of acupoint areas were collected for detecting and comparing the content of MCP-1, and at the same time, stained by cetylcholine esterase ( AchE) and counterstaining by toluidine blue (TB) for observing the distribution of MCs in acupoint areas and comparing the differences in MCS count and degranulation among all groups. Results The content of MCP-1 and MCs count were significantly lower in combining group and anti-MCP-1 group than those in control group and EA group ( P <0. 05 ). The rate of MCs degranulation was significantly lower in anti-MCP-1 group than that in EA group (P<0.05). Conclusion After the injection of anti-MCP-1 and electroacupuncture in acupoint areas, MCs count and degranulation decrease significantly. MCs count is correlated to the content of MCP-1, and MCP-1 has an improving effect in the course of MCs migrating and recruiting to acupoint areas promoted by electroacupuncture.关键词
