益气活血解毒法抗溃疡性结肠炎复发的临床疗效评价
Curative effect of therapy of tonifying qi, activating blood and resolving toxin on recurrence of ulcerative colitis

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effect and anti-recurrence effect of Chinese compound formula with the actions of tonifying qi, activating blood and resolving toxin on chronic recurrent ulcerative colitis (UC) at active phase and chronic persistent phase. Methods Randomized and positive control method was applied and clinical and hospitalized patients were taken as study objects, 60 patients with chronic recurrent UC at active phase and chronic persistent UC were selected. The treatment group was given Chinese medicinals with the actions of tonifying qi, activating blood and resolving toxin and control group was given sulfasalazine ( SASP, 4 ～ 6 g/d). A therapeutic course was 3 months and the cases with curative effect were followed up for 6 months. The clinical comprehensive curative effect, recurrent rate, curative effect on TCM syndromes, and changes of clinical activity index and endoscopic index were observed. Results After treatment for 3 months, the clinical comprehensive curative effect was higher in treatment group than that in control group. The complete remission rate and total effective rate had significant difference between two groups after statistical test. The 6-month recurrent rate was significantly lower in treatment group than that in control group. The short-term and long-term improvement of TCM syndrome integral, clinical activity index, endoscopic index and short-term and long-term curative effects were all better in treatment group than those in control group. Conclusion Chinese compound formula with the actions of tonifying qi, activating blood and resolving toxin has a reliable curative effect on UC,especially in anti-recurrent effect, it is much better than SASP.关键词
