ACEI治疗中老年高血压的疗效观察与分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs) for hypertension in middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with primary hypertension were treated with ACEI.Changes in blood pressure,renal function,cardiac function,and metabolic function were observed after treatment.Results Systolic and diastolic pressure (P＜0.01),24-hour urinary protein (P＜0.05),left ventricular end-diastolic volume (P＜0.05),and left ventricular end-systolic volume (P＜0.01) declined obviously,whereas left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output increased markedly (P＜0.05).All the differences were statistically significant.Meanwhile,no marked changes in serum potassium and creatinine and blood sugar and lipids were observed after treatment.Conclusions ACEIs effectively reduce blood pressure and protect cardiac and renal function,but have no effect on sugar and lipid metabolism.ACEIs are an ideal class of antihypertensive agents.关键词
