Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong injection for unstable angina pectoris.Methods 112 patients with unstable angina pectoris who had visited our hospital during 2010 to 2011 were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group (60 patients) received conventional therapy,and the study group (52 patients) received additional Danhong injection.The frequency and symptoms of attack,findings of myocardial enzyme spectrum,and changes in electrocardiogram were analyzed.Results After one course of therapy,in the study group symptoms disappeared in 7 patients,relieved in 41,and did not improve in 4,with a total effectiveness rate of 92.3％; ECG returned to normal in 12,improved in 34,and did not change in 6,with a tatal effectiveness rate of 88.5％; enzyme spectrum returned to normal in 12,declined in 34,and did not improve in 6,with a total improvement rate of 88.5％.While in the control group symptoms disappeared in 9 patients,relieved in 35,and did not improve in 16,with a total effectiveness rate of 73.3％; ECG returned to normal in 16,improved in 30,and did not change in 14,with a tatal effectiveness rate of 76.7％; enzyme spectrum returned to normal in 16,declined in 30,and did not improve in 14,with a total improvement rate of 76.7％.The study group was superior to the control group in frequncy of attact,myocardial enzyme spectrum,and electrocardiogram improvement (P＜0.05).Conclusions Danhong injection can relieve symptoms and reduce frequency of attact.It is superior to the conventional therapy in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.关键词
