Clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of atypical tubal pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and explore the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of atypical tubal pregnancy.Methods Two-dimensional ultrasound and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were used to check and diagnose pathological examination of 52 patients with unknown gestational parts in our hospital from March 2009 to February 2012.Results The first time accuracy ratethrough transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for atypical tubal pregnancy diagnosis reached to 96.2％; many patients could be seen the embryo sac in the ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound visible under punctate flow rich blood flow and abundant blood flow signal information.Conclusion Mastering atypical tubal pregnancy sonographic features is very important,and the use of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound and other imaging techniques can improve clinical correct diagnosis ability for ectopic pregnancy.关键词
