摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of breast conserving operation in treatment of early breast cancer.Methods 38 patients with early breast cancer using breast-conserving operation were selected as experimental group and while 32 patients of regular operation were chosen as control group.Operating time and distant metastasis of patients were compared and patients' satisfaction was investigated after follow-up of 3 months.Results Patients using breast-conserving operation in general situation time were significantly better than those of control group,difference had statistics significance (P＜0.05); the partial reoccurrence and distance transfer situation comparison in two group showed no statistical significant differences (P＞0.05); difference of satisfaction of two groups was significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer can be well used in patients with early-stage breast cancer treatment,with less trauma,and higher satisfaction of patients.关键词
