摘要
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing care intervention measures for brain injury epilepsy to improve quality of nursing care.Methods 58 cases of brain injury with epilepsy in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 as experimental subjects were randomly divided into two groups.29 patients of the control group received conventional nursing care measures; 29 patients in experimental group were given comprehensive nursing care intervention,the nursing effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results The levels of anxiety,the uncertainty of patients with the disease and the influence to their life in the experimental group after the intervention nursing care reduced compared with those of the control group,there was a significant difference,P＜0.05.The patient's satisfaction to nursing care job in experimental group also increased,P＜0.05.Conclusion Giving comprehensive intervention in clinical nursing care of the brain injury epilepsy helps to reduce the negative emotions of patients,and improve their quality of life,it is worth for application.关键词
