醇对低温水热合成四方相钛酸钡的影响
Effect of Alcohol on Low-temperature Hydrothermal Synthesis of Tetragonal Barium Titanate Powders
摘要
Abstract
Tetragonal barium titanate ( BaTiO3) was prepared by using Ba(OH)2 ·8H2O and Ti (OC4H9)4 as raw materials, ammonia as mineralizer with alcohol/water mixture solvent as dispersion medium at 180 ℃ for 120 h. The powders were characterized by XRD, TEM, IR, laser nano-particle size analysis and the effect of the types of alcohol on crystal structure and powder size were investigated. The results showed the powders prepared by using monohydric alcohols/water as solvent contributed to synthesise tetragonal barium titanate, among them ethanol is the best, tetragonality(c/a) of the synthetic powders can reach to 1,0090, and the synthetic powder had high purity, particle size distribution is in narrow range, grain morphology developed completement, the powders were spherical and square in shape.关键词
