P2O5对包钢高炉渣微晶玻璃析晶行为的影响
Effect of P2O5 on Crystallization Behavior of Glass-ceramics Prepared from Blast Furnace Slag of Baotou Steel

Abstract
CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics were prepared by melting method in this paper. Influence of nucleating agent P2O5(added by Na3(PO4) ·12H2O) on nucleation and crystallization temperature of basic glass was studied by DTA. The type, content and morphology of crystals were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The experimental results show that a small amount of P2O5 inhibits the crystallization process of the basic glass. The inhibition shows stronger with the increase of P2O5 content. But the bulk crystallization ability of basic glass is promoted when P2O5 content exceeds 4%. This effect becomes more obvious with the increase of P2O5 content. And the type and morphology of crystals change at the same time.关键词
