摘要

Abstract

Partial discharge test is one of the most effective methods for inspecting the insulation condition of electrical equipment. Compared with partial discharge test of transformer, partial discharge test of reactor has the features of large capacity, complicated testing equipment, difficult shielding, heavy current in testing circuit, and so on. In this paper, the configuration of the testing device for 500 kV shunt reactor, as well as its test method, principle and calculation, is introduced. Test results indicate that the configuration of the testing device meets the requirement for spot test of partial discharge of a 500 kV, 40~60 MV·A reactor.
