摘要

Abstract

In order to study the bending performance of mechanical duplex metal composited pipe,the bending test was conducted for Φ219 mmx( 11+3) mm (X65+316L)pipe based on Four Point Bending Technique. The tests showed that when the bending radius R≥100D, the lined pipe body does not occur the collapse deformation and wrinkling, and the bending d eformation process does not affect the usability of the composited pipe. Therefore, the bending performance of the composited pipe fully meet the bending requirements of the laying offshore oil and gas pipeline.
