添加霍甫水丝蚓对活性污泥系统运转效能及微型动物群落结构的影响

Abstract
The effect of adding Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri, which belongs to Tubidicidae, on the activated sludge wastewater treatment system was studied under laboratory modulated conditions. The experiment consists of one experimental group and one control group with triplicate tanks. In each experimental tank, 100 worms were added at the beginning. The experimental cycle of each batch was 20 h and the whole experiment lasted 7 d. The results showed that there was no significant difference in removal efficiency of COD between the experimental and the control groups, ( 69. 6 ± 1. 7) % vs. (67. 9 ± 2. 5 ) % . Setting velosity ( SV, % ) , mixed liquor suspended solids( MLSS) and sludge volume index (SVI) of the experimental group were (16.39 ±0.30)% , (2. 48 ±0. 16) g/L and (66. 35 ±3. 51) mL/g, respectively, whereas these of the control group were (16. 98 ±0. 46) % , (2. 61 ± 0. 12) g/L and (65. 19 ± 2. 57) mL/g. The difference of SV and MLSS between the two groups was statistically significant, which indicated that L. hoffmeisteri supplementation minimized excess sludge production and improved the sludge performance in short term. In addition, supplementation of L. hoffmeisteri has little impact on the species composition of microfauna, but leads to decrease of protozoan density in short term. Sludge biotic index ( SBI) of each treatment was 7 and the quality class belongs to Ⅱ. The results could provide references for the minimization of excess sludge production in the activated sludge system.关键词
