施氮量对不同饲用高粱品种茎秆品质性状的影响
Effects of Nitrogen Rate on Quality Properties of Stem in Three Forage Sorghum Cultivars

Abstract
Three forage sorghum cultivars were used to study the effects of nitrogen rate on quality properties of stems by setting four nitrogen levels. The results showed that the content of crude protein and fat increased continuously with the developing stages,reaching the highest value at 52 days after jointing, while the content of crude fiber decreased firstly and increased subsequently. The crude protein content increased with the increase of nitrogen rate, but decreased when the nitrogen rate exceeded the critical point,N2 treatment being the highest. The crude fiber content increased by degrees with the nitrogen rate,and had significant difference between N3 and NO treatment at milk stage and dough stage for the 3 cultivars. The crude protein and crude fiber had the positive over-parent heterosis or mid-parent heterosis, the highest value of over-parent heterosis being 55. 35% and 2. 99%,respectively. However, the crude fat showed the negative over-parent heterosis or negative mid-parent heterosis. The nitrogen fertilization could improve the quality of forage sorghum. The best forage quality came from the treatment of 280 kg/ha pure nitrogen.关键词
