摘要

Abstract

The aim is to study the extraction technique conditions of total flavonoids from Conyza blinii Levl. (CBL). On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimum conditions for extraction of total flavonoids were obtained through Box-Benhnken center-united experiment design and response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the extraction time of 23. 4 min,solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 38,and alcohol density of 73%. Under this condition, the extraction rate of total flavonoids could be up to 8. 285% at once extraction. The extraction process optimized by RSM of total flavonoids was convenient and feasible and the content of total flavonoids was high. This method was worth further developing for application.
