摘要

Abstract

The HPLC gradient elution method was established to determine the mass fraction of icariside I , epimedin C and icariin in Epimedium Wushanense at the same time. The phenomenex C18 chromatographic column (5 μm,4. 6 mm ×250 mm) was used. The mobile phases consisted of water (A) and acetonitrile (B). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detecting at 270 nm and 35 ℃. The gradient elution conditions were B: 15% (5 min) ,B: 30% (10 min) and B : 50% (30 min). The peak area and concentration of icariside Ⅰ ,epimedin C and icaiin respectively show good linear correlation r =0.999 3 ,r = 0.999 9 and r =0.999 7 in the range of 0. 20-1. 80 μg. The average recovery rates are 98.43% ,97.58% and 97.91% respectively. RSD (n = 3) is 2. 16% , 1. 77% and 1.90% separately. The method is simple, accurate and good reproducible for determining the mass fraction of icariside Ⅰ , epimedin C and icariin simultaneo usly.
