摘要

Abstract

By the combination of intelligent process parameters optimization with all-electric servo control technology, a process control system for injection molding machine was presented. The hardware and software systems divided into various modules were constructed respectively. Then the intelligent optimization system was implemented using the initial process parameters generation method and the fuzzy inference technology. The control programs, which were developed in Linux operating system and Huazhong CNC (computer numerical control) system platform HNO8, were integrated with the mechanism of an injection molding machine. Finally, an injection molding experiment was performed to verify the effectiveness of the control system. The results show that the system has advantages such as high motion control accuracy and quick response. The developed intelligent system can shorten production cycle and improve product quality, which can be useful developing the special controller of injection molding machines.
