20辊森吉米尔轧机轧制过程中的辊系受力分析
Analyzing exerted forces on a roll system of 20-high Sendzimir mill in rolling process

Abstract
From the structure of the roll system of 20-high Sendzimir mill, the mechanical model for work roll, first intermediate one, second intermediate driven one and the second intermediate idler roll were established. According to the rolling parameters and rolling plan of ZR-22BS-42 Sendzimir mill in a silicon steel factory, the contact force between the roll system and the resultant force of each roll were calculated by C+ +programs respectively in the rolling process. The results show that the maximum contact force is between the work roll S and the first intermediate roll O, which is produced in the second pass. The minimum contact force is between the second intermediate idler roll I and the backup roll B, which is produced in the first pass. The resultant forces of the backup rolls B, C in the first pass are smaller, which is reduced by over 70% compared with force they bear under the static.关键词
