摘要
Abstract
With the forming effects of key energy-absorbing parts in the vehicle 100% frontal crash considered, the plastic strain and thickness distribution from the forming results are used as an initial condition for crash analysis,which results are compared to those without forming effects. The results demonstrate that structural stiffness is raised due to work hardening, which leading to a dissimilar deformation mode;the material properties change in the forming process affects the crash response significantly,which having a great influence on the structural deformation, energy absorption and the acceleration. In a word, consideration of these forming effects in crashworthiness simulation is vital for achieving good simulation accuracy.关键词
