摘要
Abstract
In order to satisfy the requirement of the fault diagnosis of complicated number electric circuit, this paper designs the boundary-scan test controller based on FT2232H. The hardware system is based on FT2232H, and it can achieve two-way conversion between USB and JTAG and reception and sending of data and a variety of USB conversion protocol are done by the converter independently. The software is developed on VC++6.0 with object-oriented programming method and data-base, which is used to complete coordinated operation of the system. The diagnosis capacity and measurability of the test equipment are improed, so it is of high value to engineering application.关键词
