摘要

Abstract

Concave printers are widely used in the printing and packaging industry. But most of them adopt vintage transmission mechanisms in general machinery shaft. The speed of transmission and the precision of overprint are both very low. This paper improves the vintage transmission mechanisms. The tension control of main drive and synchro are controlled by the main frequency converter, 3 motors,make the speed of the whole machine synchronous. Production practice shows that this transmission system can run steadily and meet the demand of control precisions. It proves that the scheme from ours is pretty nice and fairly correct.
