Effect of Anomalous Angular Shift Phenomena in Residual Stress Measurement by Neutron Diffraction
摘要
Abstract
Anomalous angular shifts in residual stress measurement by neutron diffraction and its effect factor were introduced. How to position sample, how to choose the gauge volume and its' effect on anomalous angular shifts were discussed. At last the correction methods and the efficiency technology means in experiment were presented, which were used to deal with the data and get the real message about the sample stress.关键词
