艾纳香总黄酮提取工艺研究
The Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC.
摘要
Abstract
An extraction technology of flavonoids from Blumea balsamifera was studied in this paper. The effect of extraction solvent and extraction methods were studied. And the optimal extracting condition of the flavonoids was studied by the orthogonal test based on this. The result showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: the extraction solvent 30% ethanol, the solid to liquid 1 :300, the ultrasonic frequency 85 Hz, 30 min extracted for 2 times. With the technological conditions, the flavonoids extraction rate of 208.6 mg/g could be achieved.关键词
