Research Progress of Selenium-enriched Tea in China
摘要
Abstract
Health function of Selenium element, the content and existence form of Se in tea and the Selenium-enrich mechanism of tea were reviewed in this article. This paper also summarized the influencing factors of Se content in tea and the utilization of Se-enriched tea in China. In order to provide references for further study of Se-enriched tea, this paper also predicted the development trend of Se-enriched tea in China.关键词
