摘要

Abstract

Sr(Fe0.5 Nb0.5 )O3 is an important dielectric material with ABO3-type cubic perovs-kite structure. Compared with other materials Sr(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3 has relatively high dielectric constant. It has a great potential in many fields such as high energy storage. In this paper, the ceramic of Sr(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3 systems was studied as the main object, in order to research the effect of the giant dielectric properties by doping neodymium. The results show that with increasing of the content of Nd3+ , the dielectric constant of the ceramic system gradually increases, which also increases as the temperature increasing. When x≤0. 10, the ceramic samples have a good frequency stability; when x = 0. 10 ceramic samples at 100 kHz, they have a good temperature stability.
