不同偶联剂对秸秆/PP复合材料力学性能的影响研究
Study on different coupling agent on the mechanical properties of straw/PP composites

Abstract
In this paper, the mass fraction of the straw powder, the type and content of coupling agent are controlled to study the impact of mechanical properties of the polypropylene (PP) / straw powder wood and plastic composite(WPC). The results show that; maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (MAPP) is the best in four separate coupling agent; with the straw powder content of 30%, the bending strength , tensile strength, impact strength of WPC are the best; when MAPP used as coupling agent and content of 4% , the material has the best bending, tensile strength and impact strength. However , these mechanical properties will decline when MAPP content is over 4%.关键词
