摘要
Abstract
With the decolorizing effect and protein retention rate as the index, the activated carbon decoloring process conditions of black-bone chicken blood enzymolysis liquid were optimized. The results showed that the temperature of 70 ℃ , pH value of 5, decoloring time for 60 min, activated carbon used for 3% , enzymolysis liquid protein retention rate is higher and decolorizing effect is better.关键词
