不同梨品种(系)抗氧化酶活性差异分析
Detection of Antioxidant Enzymes Activities in Different Pear Cultivars (Strains)
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate antioxidant enzymes activities in pear of different cultivars (strains) in order to lay a good foundation for studying stress resistance of pear in the near future. [Method] 18 pear cultivars (strains) were used as test materials to investigate SOD, POD, CAT and APX activities. [ Result] Our data showd that activity of SOD was higher in 82 - 27 - 20 than those in other cultivars (strains) ; Aiganshui showed the highest POD activity; 84-4-54 showed the highest CAT activity; Activity of APX was higher in 75 -4 - 1 than those in other cultivars (strains). [Conclusion]SOD, POD, CAT and APX activities of 18 pear cultivars (strains) were investigated in this experiment. This work can offer reference for the stress resistance research and cultivars choice in pear.关键词
