添喂谷氨酰胺、丁酸钠对哺乳中后期羔羊生长的影响
The Influence of Supplemental Glutamine, Sodium Butyrate on Growth Performance of Lambs during Mid to Late Sucking Period
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim of this study was to determine the function of sodium butyrate and glutamine as feed additives on sucking lambs'growth performance. [Method] 54 Suffolk and Dorset lambs at the age of 35 - 40 days were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups by weight and sex / gender. The control group were feed with basal concentrate, experimental group I with a concentrate containing 0. 5% glutamine and experimental group II with a concentrate supplemented with 0. 5% sodium butyrate. [Result] 8 weeks later, compared with the control group, the average daily gain of experimental group I and II were increased by 39 and 32 g respectively (P ＜ 0. 01). The average daily gain of experimental group I was heavier than groupⅡas much as 7 g, but not significant (P ＞0.05). [Conclusion] Supplemental glutamine or sodium butyrate could significantly increase average daily weight gain of sucking lambs and the relevant economic benefit.关键词
